Competition has intensified in the market and with some even going the rough way to eliminate their equals from the industries they operate. Businesses can learn a substantial amount of strategies which can be brought into their operations. Maneuver warfare has received a broad application due to the simplicity of the system which aims at taking advantage of what the opponent already has and turning it to your advantage. This can be incorporated into the organization through any of the following ways.

Consumers want that which will be affordable to them and will automatically reject that which is too high. Once an organization realizes that the purchasers are rejecting commodities due to high prices, they can swing into action and fix their prices below those that are already set by the opponents.

Majority of firms in a business world tend to move with the seasons, and thus they do not have the products during some seasons, and this can be turned into an opportunity where you supply the market during that time when they are not in business. It becomes hard for them to reclaim them when they restock.

During advertising, there are those strategies that are usually ignored maybe due to the belief that they have a small reach or are too expensive. Use this to the advantage of the organization where those forums are used to cover a more extensive reach than that which is already covered by the competitors.

Introduce a packaging system that gets to satisfy the buyers more than how they are serviced by the other players in this market. Every organization strives to make substantial profits, but in the middle of all this ignore this aspect, and it ends up turning the purchasers away. Once a firm realizes this gap, it can develop it to fit the specifications of this market.

Quality can be used to create a big difference in the number of sales made. Buyers are highly aware of the level of standards especially with the introduction of ISO standards. Therefore, improve the quality of commodities that you offer for sale to be slightly above those offered by the other players. The market will definitely go for those that have an excellent level of standards.

The underlying ideology used here is going with that which the other side already has and then doing it better or attacking them at their weaknesses and turning into an advantage. When consumers make purchases, they want to feel appreciated and this can come in the form of free gifts. They are slowly pulled into the organization and become loyal buyers.

In conclusion, integrating the launching of a new item makes the other players feel hopeless. Many firms leave the process of launching a new item solely to the sales department. However, this is wrong and ends up leaving them imbalanced. Take the opportunity and form a team which incorporates the sales, production and distribution unit. A possibility of the combined effort failing is very low.
